Bug Fixes

Notifications for Relation Managers

Previously, when a request was made, the Relation Manager who was entered when the request list was created was notified, even if the person had changed in the meantime. From now on, the currently entered Relation Manager will always receive the notifications, regardless of who was entered when the list was created.

 

Workflow Rollover

From now on, users can clone the workflow by copying it manually. When a workflow is copied, both the assigned users and the task descriptions for the respective steps are adopted. Even after the copy, it is still possible to delete or change individual workflow steps; the start date of the workflow and the due dates of the individual steps are initially set to the day after the copy during the rollover.

Improvements

Selection of a Signals manager per service

As the relation manager of a client, it is now possible to assign an individual relation manager per service. This can be done under the tab "Services" via the pencil icon. When activating services, the selection of a relation manager is now a prerequisite.

 

Confirmation message for all critical actions

From now on, for all important and irreversible actions in Signals, a pop-up window appears to prevent unintentionally performed actions. The window shows the question whether the action should really be continued with the possibility to confirm or cancel. A new window is generated for each confirmation of a critical action.

 

Logout confirmation

For employees, a pop-up window will now appear if they are inactive in Signals for a longer period of time, where they can select whether they want to log out or remain logged in.

Email-connector to OKTA

The new "Email in Okta" field in the CRM-details of a contact makes it easier to check if the email address in Signals matches the email address in Okta. If a contact's email address is changed in Signals, it takes 15-20 minutes for the change to be synchronized to Okta.

Deactivation of contacts

From now on, it is possible to set a start and end date in the details of contact persons. If the start date has not yet been reached or the end date has been exceeded, the contact person will not have access to Signals. This setting can be made by your Local Admin.

New employee profiles

By clicking on the profile icon in the top right-hand corner, every employee can now view their own profile. In addition to the general details, it is also possible to see clearly with which clients and contacts the employee is linked and whether he or she is the Relation Manager.

 

Improvements

New letters and special characters can be displayed

By extending the number of characters that can be displayed, it is now possible to correctly display names with special characters, for example, as they are frequently found in Eastern European countries.

Update of the client profiles

By clicking on the profile icon in the top right-hand corner, each contact person has the possibility to view his or her own profile and reset their own password. Furthermore, it is now also possible to clearly see with which organisations the contact person is linked to and which access rights have been enabled.

Permissions of relationmanagers

From now on relationmanagers are able to edit all details of organisations and contacts where they are marked as relationmanager. @Local Admins: It is not necessary anymore that relationmanagers are marked as superusers in the employee maintenance screens.

Connect Supply Request templates to countries

Local Admins and Global admins can connect supply request templates to specific countries.This means that you only see relevant supply request templates when starting a new supply request. 
Hide IsVIP and IsSpecial features The IsVIP and IsSpecial checkboxes are hidden from the client detail pages.

From now on, in edit mode, the start date of a workflow is placed directly under the title of the workflow.

Country must be selected when adding client contacts

Due to the increasing internationalization of Signals, a country must be assigned to each newly created client contact. Only one country can be defined.

New Functions

Add or delete tasks for existing Workflows

From now on, new steps can be added to workflows at any time and steps that have not yet been started can be removed. The order of workflow steps that have not yet been started can also be adjusted at any time.

Once a workflow has been completed, it can no longer be edited or reopened.

Change the year of an inactive Workflow

When copying/cloning workflows, it is now possible to adjust the year in the transferred workflow. However, this adjustment is only possible as long as the workflow has not been started. The adjustment of the year has no influence on the due dates of the individual workflow steps.

Tip: This function makes it easier to transfer workflows with the same structure, description and responsible persons, e.g. for monthly financial accounting.
